Hi again,

while you are listening to the new Warm Up I will relax in the sun - or maybe I party a bit somewhere… Hope that I will listen to some of these fine songs in the clubs, I have excellent new music for you in my bag this weekend!

Denmark is opening the show with Kato Ft. Jon Nørgaard on vocals and the infectious “Turn The Lights Off” which is already in the danish Top Ten and is set to be heard on dancefloors around the world.

S’Express, a studioproject of the british DJ Mark Moore, had a huge success in 1988 with one of the first Acid House releases called “Theme From S’Express” which made it on Top of the U.K. Charts as well as on No.2 in Germany and on No.1 at the U.S. Dance Charts. Mr. Malo is bringing us back this song with a wicked remix by Mario Lopez Vs. C-Base. The retro track this weekend.

My favourite this weekend is a collaboration between some of the most talented dance music artists: italian DJ/producer Samuele Sartini and the always awesome Amanda Wilson on vocals worked together to deliver a brilliant vocal house track called “Love U Seek“, remixed by Ian Carey, Soul Elementz and Andy Dave, I am spinning the wonderful Bassmonkeys take. 10/10!

you might remember the Retro Track I was spinning at the end of the last year by Italy’s Spagna called “Easy Lady“, her first big hit she had in the 80’s. Her second big one was “Call Me“, released in 1987 and a Top Ten Chart success in the U.K., Germany and Italy. New remixes are available now and I picked the 7th Heaven take for you.

My song of the week is coming from Nicola Fasano and Ultra Nate: “No Wasted Hearts” has been written by Nervo Sisters who are also responsible for David Guetta’s and Kelly Roland’s ”When Love Takes Over”. The remix package includes remixes by Alex Gaudino/Jason Rooney, Tommy Vee, Mauro Ferrucci, Keller, Steve Forest, Chris Ortega and Paul & Luke. The Billions Dollars Dogs/Vincenzo Callea/Luca Lento take and the Original are excellent and I will spin them both - “2 From 1” - it’s happy hour for party people!

new listeners from Spain and Italy this weekend - it has to be a perfect show to make sure all of them tune in again next weekend… So let’s check what we have on air this time:

A uplifting, funky club classic and Hed Kandi favourite from Denmark, the 2004 release by Marly called “You Never Know“. Perfectly remixed by the dynamic duo Morjac! A all time favourite of mine, time to have it on air again!

UK-based 3 piece band Cicada is in the tracklist, their latest single release from the 2009 album “Roulette” is “One Beat Away“. Excellent vocals, pumping beats. Loving the new Cicada remix…

Australia’s Gabriella Cilmi’s and her latest single “On A Mission” is a perfect addition as well. She got an awesome remix by Riffs & Rays, a production team from the U.K.. Compare it to the original - it’s a totally different song, so much better… My favourite this week, will definitely work well!

We need some disco house and a retro… O.K., “Son Of Jax” by Maurice Tamraz delievers both. He samples a Jacksons hit from 1981 called “Walk Right Now“, a Top Ten Hit in the U.K..

while it is still brutally cold here in Germany and in many other parts of Europe I know that many of you are enjoying warm summer weather in other parts of this world - I am jealous! But what we all have in common is that we can heat up the weekend with excellent new house tracks I have in my bag for show No.126:

We already had the pleasure to listen to the Bassmonkeys remix of Kelly Mueller’s upcoming new single “She Cries” a couple of month ago (Show No.100). The track will be released finally in early 2010 and I am absolutely sure this one will take the charts by storm! Time to spin it again now…

Again we will listen to two retros this weekend: The first one is a remix of “Wear It Out” by Stargard, a female soul / disco trio from the U.S.. The song was released in 1979 and was the groups last hit single. Disco Boots now released a new version of the song with a nice Disco House remix by Dirty Freek!

Retro No.2 is the Hitmeister D remake of Fleetwood Mac’s “Big Love“. It was the first single to be released from their 1987 album “Tango In The Night“, reaching number five on the U.S. charts and number nine in the UK.

The last song I would like to mention is a real beauty. The wonderful ballad “End Of The World” from Matt Alber’s debut album “Hide Nothing” got the pop remix treatment by Morgan Page. Definitely not the uplifting stuff I am usually spinning and not a club track as well - but a brilliant song I can’t stop to listen to! My favourite this week…

it was a slow week for new uplifting house but don’t worry, you will definitely listen to some great new tunes this week! I also added a couple of my all time favs like Bob Sinclar’s take of “Outro Lugar” by Salome De Bahia, the Hed Kandi classic “Pink Is The Color” by K & M Ft. Joy, Morjac’s smash hit “Stars” from 2002 and one of the most beautiful funky and soulful housetracks I ever listened to, Timmy Vegas’ & Seamus Haji’s “Devotion (A Bit More Lovin’)“.

What’s new? The Full Time Superstars are back with a winter sampler (release date Feb. 2010) and 6 new tracks. One of the best songs from this release is their collaboration with Junior on vocals called “Just Another Night“. More from their sampler next week…

Soon to be released on Amore Records: Steve More’s first original track featuring the stunning vocals of Viveen Wray (Sucker DJ’s Ft. Wray - Salvation). “Fool For You” will come with remixes by the Bassmonkeys (on air next week!) and the Electric Allstars, their take is my favourite track this weekend. Awesome song!

And you will also listen to two retros this time: Dark Society’s version of “Get Down Tonight“, originally released in 1975 by the disco heroes KC & The Sunshine Band and a Glamrock Brothers cover of “Long Train Runnin” which was a Top Ten Billboard hit in the U.S. for the Doobie Brothers in 1973.

So don’t forget to tune in - this weekend will be a hot one again!
